Pray that God would speak to me as I preach to Grove on 5/19. Pray for the Holy Spirit to speak through me and for all of us to be receptive and obedient to God’s Word.

We’re very thankful to God for his faithfulness and grace upon Pastor Paul Kim who finished his 33 year pastorate at our church. We pray for Pastor Joseph Kim and all our staff as they begin a new chapter of God’s story at Open Door.

My 20 year old cousin is battling Leukemia. During her second round of chemotherapy recently, she suffered from aftereffects and suffered paralysis in breathing, speech, and movement. Currently, she has recovered halfway through speech rehabilitation treatment and needs to go back for a second round of treatment. I would like to ask you to pray for her to endure the chemotherapy well, to have no aftereffects, and for her paralyzed speech and body to recover again.

Vicki was diagnosed lung cancer since February this year and will have a repeat PET scan and brain MRI again since July. Greatly appreciate your prayers for shrinkage mass and complete healing and the calmness as the scan approaches in two days (Tuesday 9/26). Please pray for peace and comfort for the family as well, husband and 3 young boys. Thank you!
