Reverend Dihan Lee
(EC Lead Pastor)
Pastor Dihan is the lead pastor of the English Congregation of Open Door. Prior to this role, PD served as the associate pastor for six years. His passions in ministry include preaching, vision casting, leadership development, shepherding, evangelism and missions. PD is a graduate of Northwestern (98) and of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (01). He is married to his beautiful wife Julie, and has two wonderful daughters: Amanda Karis and Hope Rachael. In his spare time, PD loves to read, fish, eat good food, watch movies, play basketball and most of all, spend time with his three ladies.

Reverend John Cha
Pastor John Cha (or PJ) serves as a teaching associate pastor who oversees the adult education, the small group ministry, and the community-life Exchange ministries of the church. For the time being, he's also serving the very youthful college-aged SALT ministry. He loves it when the people get "into the Word" and more so, when the Word gets into the people. The most exciting place for him to be is in a small group, where he sees a microcosm of the church in action -- the Word, the Spirit, ministry, God's people altogether. For the past 16 years, he's had the joy of growing at ODPC (his home church), serving part time as an assistant pastor, the lead pastor, and now as a teaching pastor. He graduated from the University of Virginia ('94) and Regent College in British Columbia ('96). He's very happily married to his wife, Leanne, and together they enjoy raising their three kids - David, Noah, and Hannah. In his spare time, PJ loves to go on date nights with Leanne, read, do yard work, eat curry, possibly run long distance, and play with the kids.

Reverend Daniel Kim
Pastor Daniel oversees the Extend ministries of the church. He is passionate about seeing the Gospel lived out in every cultural endeavor, and wants to challenge people to reflect on how the Gospel affects every aspect of life. Pastor Daniel is a graduate of UNC at Charlotte (97), and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (02). Pastor Daniel is happily married to his wife, Sophia and has two lively sons Tyler and Ethan. In his spare time, Pastor Daniel loves playing sports, fixing things that are broken and just being outside enjoying God's beautiful nature.

Pastor Brian Mendoza
Pastor Brian Mendoza serves as the pastor for SALT, ODPC's college-aged ministry. He graduated from George Mason University with a BA in Psychology and is working toward a Masters in Biblical Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary. Prior to serving as the SALT Pastor, Brian served as a youth pastor for ODPC's youth group. He is passionate about helping a generation of young people see how God is at work in their lives and in the world around them. He enjoys meeting with people over coffee or a good (large) meal. He also loves reading, writing, exercising, traveling to new places, watching TV (24, LOST, and Survivor are his top 3), and discovering new music.

Tae Gam
(Director of Preschool Ministry)
Tae grew up in Herndon and attended Virginia Tech where she met her husband David. After graduating with a BS in Psychology, God called her to attend seminary and use her life to bring people into a closer relationship with Him. With a double Masters in Christian Education and Marriage and Family Counseling, she added a MRS degree in 2002 and married her college sweetheart. They have three children Kaitlyn, Alyssa, and Ryan and lived near Atlanta, Georgia for six years until 2008 when they moved back to the area.
Building strong families and helping people achieve their fullest potential in Christ has always been a driving force in her life and she is excited to see what God will do through the youngest members and their families here at Open Door.

Jane Choi
(Administrator)
There are only two things you need to know about Jane: she’s a runner and she loves college basketball. Her favorite team is her alma mater, the Carolina Tar Heels. Jane was born and raised in the Northern Virginia area, but has lived in other parts of the country as well as Korea.
